Last Updated: 8 May 2025 · Effective Date: 8 May 2025
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in or accessing any Naga Code course. By completing enrolment or using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Definitions
- "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions in their current version.
- "We / Us / Our" refers to Naga Code, operating from 201 Phahonyothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.
- "User" / "You" means any person who accesses the website or enrols in a course.
- "Service" refers to the online AI development courses, platform access, mentor feedback, and related content provided by Naga Code.
- "Content" means all course materials, written feedback, assignments, project briefs, and other material provided as part of the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a course or submitting a contact form on our website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You have read and understood these terms.
3. Service Description
Naga Code provides online AI development courses across three levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each course includes structured written content, assignments, mentor feedback, and a final project. Courses are delivered online and accessed via the Naga Code platform.
Course availability is subject to cohort scheduling. We reserve the right to update, pause, or discontinue a course with reasonable notice to enrolled learners. Where a course is discontinued after enrolment and before substantial completion, we will offer a proportional credit or refund.
4. User Accounts
Access to course materials requires a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share access with third parties or allow others to complete coursework on your behalf. We may suspend or terminate accounts where these conditions are not met.
5. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Submit work that is not your own for mentor review.
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell course content without written permission.
- Use the platform or support channels to harass other users or staff.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform infrastructure.
- Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful under Thai law or the law of your jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, including written materials, assignment briefs, code examples, and feedback templates, is the intellectual property of Naga Code. Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course content for your own learning during the active course period.
Work submitted by you as part of assignments remains your own intellectual property. By submitting work for mentor review, you grant Naga Code a limited right to reproduce and comment on that work for the purpose of delivering feedback.
7. Payment Terms
Course fees are priced in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full at the time of enrolment. Accepted payment methods will be listed on the enrolment page. All prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refund policy: Requests for a full refund submitted within seven calendar days of enrolment, where the learner has not accessed more than 20% of the course content, will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are not available after this window or after substantial course access. If we discontinue a course after enrolment, a proportional refund will be offered.
8. Course Enrolment Terms
- Enrolment is personal. Course access may not be transferred to another person.
- Course access is provided for the stated duration from the date of enrolment.
- Mentor feedback is provided on completed assignment submissions within three working days.
- Academic integrity is required. Submitting work that is not your own may result in removal from the course without refund.
- Completion of a course track does not confer an accredited qualification. Naga Code issues course completion records only.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that course access will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not represent that completing a course will result in specific employment outcomes, salary changes, or project results. Learning outcomes vary depending on individual effort, background, and application.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Naga Code's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost profit, lost data, or damage to reputation, arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Force majeure events — including natural disasters, internet outages beyond our reasonable control, and government-imposed restrictions — may suspend our ability to deliver the Service. In such cases, we will notify enrolled learners and work in good faith to reschedule or credit affected access.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naga Code, its staff, and its mentors against claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the Service in an unauthorised manner, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund outside of the seven-day window described in Section 7.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, in particular the conduct requirements in Section 5. Sections on IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us in writing first at [email protected] so that we can attempt an informal resolution within 30 days.
If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts in Bangkok. We respect your rights under Thailand's Consumer Protection Act and will not seek to override them through these terms.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Naga Code in relation to the Service.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
- Assignment: We may assign or transfer our obligations with notice to you. You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our written consent.
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify enrolled learners by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date indicates acceptance.
